Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will engage with customers both in-person and through various sales channels, ensuring that their needs are met while effectively managing the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-ups.
• Conduct high-end sales presentations and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain an organized inventory control system and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract new customers.
• Leverage public speaking skills to present vehicles at dealership events or community functions.
• Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or automobile sales environments.

Familiarity with retail math and inventory management principles is essential.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Experience using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.

Background in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability in negotiation and upselling techniques.

Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
