Under the general supervision of the SVP, Agency Manager, the Producer is responsible for business development and prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling new personal lines policies. Specific sales goals and service responsibilities are determined during the yearly planning process. Service and sales standards must be met with emphasis placed on the quality of the insurance product presented to the client.

This position is anticipated to be paid on a $75,000.00 annual starting draw paid biweekly with periodic earned commission during the year. Specific details of the draw and commission structure will be coordinated in the job offer process and finalized in the offer letter.
This is the salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more than the posted starting draw for exceptionally qualified individuals. An employee's pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience (job and life), skills (specific and transferable), seniority, performance, and business organizational needs. This range may also be modified in the future.
