In this role, you will create outlines and write hands-on procedures for technical training materials that help people get jobs, keep jobs, get better jobs, and ultimately improve their lives. Essential Functions :

• Collaborate with technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to create training outlines and hands-on procedures for both new and updated products.
• Work directly with technical writers who will transform your outlines into fully refined training systems.
• Research concepts and new topic areas as new projects are added – and we have a lot of projects!
