Job Title : ServiceNow Trainer / Utilities Process SME
Location : Dallas, TX & San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Role Overview :
We are seeking a ServiceNow Trainer with Utilities domain expertise to design and deliver training programs (both in-person and virtual), support system adoption, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) on utilities-related ServiceNow processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver role-based and process-driven training for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
- Develop training materials : guides, presentations, eLearning, scenarios
- Act as SME on utilities processes (asset & outage management, service requests)
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report on user readiness
- Collaborate with developers, process owners, and project teams
