Position : Permanency Case Manager

POSITION SUMMARY :

Are you passionate about helping youth and families build a safe and stable future? New Directions is hiring a Permanency Case Manager ! You'll support youth and families in navigating the road toward permanency through advocacy, planning, community connections, and direct services. If you're someone who thrives in a team environment and wants to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you! This full-time role (Monday-Friday, 35 hours / week) offers flexibility and a powerful opportunity to support children and families in transition.

Pay and Benefits

• $23.00 - $24.16 / hr based on education and relevant experience
• 3 weeks of paid time off your first year, not including an additional 13 agency holidays
