A Client of Insight Global's — a personal injury law firm— is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the completion of two building renovation projects. The firm has recently acquired two buildings : one with the first floor completed and the second floor underway, and another building across the street requiring renovation. The projects have experienced delays due to inspection issues and inconsistent communication from the general contractor and town officials. The ideal candidate will step in to manage contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors to bring these projects to completion efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day construction progress on both job sites.
• Serve as the liaison between the owner and contractors, inspectors, and town officials.
• Coordinate and communicate with general contractors and subcontractors to resolve plumbing and inspection issues.
• Track permitting, scheduling, inspections, and project milestones.
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and pay applications.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports for the owner.
• Identify problems early and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure the projects meet all quality, safety, and compliance standards.
