We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee the maintenance of our seven concrete plants operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a team of skilled professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance management, and project management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge of concrete plant operations.

• Duties
• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Manage maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems to facilitate repairs and improvements.
• Fabricate components as needed to support production processes.
• Lead project management initiatives for plant upgrades, expansions, or new equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all operational activities.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff to foster a productive work environment.
• Skills
• Proficiency in welding.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
• Experience with low voltage and high voltage systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent maintenance management skills with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
• Ability to read schematics accurately for effective problem-solving.
• Strong fabrication skills to create or modify components as necessary.
• Proven project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
