Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply proven methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Guide patients and their families on therapy approaches that will support ongoing improvement at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment Outcomes : Monitor patients' progress and modify therapies as needed to ensure successful recovery paths
