This position centers around building long-term client relationships by providing high-quality virtual support and tailored guidance. You will assist clients by reviewing their goals, presenting recommendations, and helping them feel confident in evaluating available options. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining structured communication and ensuring no client need goes unanswered.
You will handle workflow planning, track client engagement stages, and provide timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction. This role calls for strong relationship-building skills and the ability to remain organized in a remote environment.
