MR Inpatient Chart Analyst Responsibilities...
Daily identification of quantitative medical record deficiencies, monitoring and assisting in records completion activities, and overall maintenance of inpatient medical records, assist with medical record database.
JOB SUMMARY
Maintain and control records completion activities and maintenance of all inpatient medical records. Data entry and office support as needed.
To qualify you must...
1. Minimum high school diploma and previous health care office experience, preferably in medical records.
2. Must be detailed oriented, well organized, and have the ability to work independently.
3. Must also demonstrate good verbal communication with health care professionals and co-workers, and demonstrate a friendly, service attitude.
