KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and financial close processes
• Assist with monthly close including: journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
• Evaluate and enhance existing financial processes and systems
• Create reporting using queries and Advanced Excel
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or analytics
• Advanced Excel skills: experience with financial modeling required
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and grow with strong initiative
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• CPA preferred but not required.
