Bilingual Recruiter (English / Spanish) – Full Time

Shift vary between 5 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM | Weekend Rotation | Overtime as Needed

Are you a motivated, bilingual (English / Spanish) recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment? We’re looking for a dependable and driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter in the staffing industry.

What You’ll Do :

• Recruit and onboard candidates for various job assignments
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Assist with the onboarding process including paperwork, orientations, etc.
• Dispatch and schedule employees for job assignments
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and employees
• Assist with transporting employees to job sites (as needed)
• Attend job fairs and hiring events to build applicant pipelines
