This award-winning developer specializes in 55+ neighborhoods designed around lifestyle—featuring resort-style amenities like pools, fitness centers, and entertainment hubs.

We’re seeking a Construction Estimator to support the Director of Pre-Construction in preparing accurate estimates for commercial and residential projects valued up to $20M. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Analyze construction plans and perform detailed quantity takeoffs
  • Prepare conceptual and schematic budgets, detailed estimates, and bid proposals
  • Manage and review subcontractor pricing and proposals
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules with operations teams
  • Lead pre-bid meetings and maintain strong subcontractor / vendor relationships
  • Keep cost databases and historical pricing information updated
  • Support documentation and reporting for internal and client-facing use
  • Contribute to business development efforts
  • Mentor and guide junior estimators as needed

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of estimating experience across both commercial and residential projects
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Familiarity with RFIs, RFPs, and bid procedures
  • Capable of managing multiple estimates / projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of current building codes and permitting requirements
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical / math skills
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
