Position is for a full-time Talent Development Program Manager to work at EAH Corporate in San Rafael, CA. This is a hybrid remote position. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, HR, psychology or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 - 5 years' experience developing and conducting training Demonstrated experience translating company goals and employee needs into effective training. Salary range : $80,000 - $130,000 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $80,000- $105,000 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

The Talent Development Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic learning and talent development programs that build skills, drive engagement, and support career growth across the organization. This role partners closely with leadership to align programs with organizational priorities, integrates performance management and succession planning into the talent strategy, and ensures initiatives are evaluated for impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include : Talent Development Strategy and Program Design, Program Delivery and Facilitation, Performance Management, Evaluation, Measurement, and Continuous Improvement, Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement, and Learning Technology and Resource Management.
