Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Monitor and report changes in client health and well-being.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed.
• Follow care plans and instructions from nurses or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
