Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Administrator located in Orlando, FL. The Business Development Administrator will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining and developing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring efficient organizational operations. Daily tasks will include market research, customer service, involvement in industry organizations, Bid follow through and administrative duties to support the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients and key industry contacts.
- Follow up on bids, proposals, and pending opportunities.
- Support the estimating team with light takeoffs and bid tracking.
- Coordinate communication between estimating, project management, and clients.
- Monitor bid calendars and assist in preparing bid submissions.
- Participate in client meetings, project walk-throughs, and networking events as needed.
- Maintain CRM or internal tracking systems for leads, bids, and client interactions.
- Represent Zaho Global professionally and uphold company values and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in the construction or architectural millwork industry.Enjoys relationship-building and client interaction.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.Understands project documents, drawings, and bid requirements.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing follow-up without constant supervision.Professional and polished communicator, both in writing and verbally.Loyal, dependable, and eager to contribute to Zaho Global’s growth and reputation.Qualifications
