Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
to join our
team
at our
Primary Care clinic in St. Mary's Hospital Kankakee, Illinois . This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative and community-focused setting.
Position Details
Full-time employment
Open to NP or PA
Experience in primary care required
Flexible Schedule
Will have their own patient panel
Good patient mix
Will see 16-24 patients per day
36 hours of patient contact
Qualifications
Licensed NP or PA in the state of Illinois
Minimum of 2 years experience
in a primary care or family practice setting required
Board certification in Family Medicine (NP) or appropriate PA certification
