Florida Health Care Plans , a well-established multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Port Orange facility!

This outpatient-only position offers exceptional work-life balance, no weekends, and a flexible schedule while being part of an experienced, multi-specialty team. With no non-compete contract, you ll have the freedom to shape your career in one of Florida s most desirable coastal communities.

  • Outpatient only No inpatient responsibilities.

    • Your Role as an Internal Medicine Physician :

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
  • Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in an outpatient setting.
  • Work collaboratively within a care team model, including Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient management and streamlined workflows.
  • Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only).
