To qualify you must have :

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.

Staff Nurse / 40 hour Variable Day

Possible option for remote triage work.

1. A

ccountable for responding to EPIC in-basket messages, provider concerns, reporting test results, and phone triage as clinically indicated.

A standard communication framework such as SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, and Recommendation) should be used to ensure accurate and essential information is transferred as it relates to the patient’s plan of care.

2. E

scalating messages when clinically required.

3. C

ollaborating with clinical staff including, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Administration.

4. P

erforming all other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position and according to the needs of the clinic.

5. W

orking collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.

CLINICAL CARE : Providing direct patient care in Ambulatory clinic setting under the guidance of a LI

ccountable for direct patient care including but not limited to : post operative assessments / care, tube care, urgent appointments, patient education, providing pre procedure medications and assessments.
