We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about mental health, holistic wellness, and helping clients restore peace in their lives.The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide direct counseling servicesincluding assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapywhile maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, compassion, and cultural humility to their work. In addition, the counselor will contribute to a collaborative team environment that values growth, inclusivity, and restorative practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couple, family, and / or group counseling sessions.Conduct initial intake assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans.Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, schools, and community organizations to support holistic care for clients.Utilize trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches.Provide psychoeducation, workshops, or group sessions as needed.Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.Maintain licensure requirements, continuing education, and adherence to state and federal mental health laws.QualificationsMasters degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, or related field.Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of [insert applicable state].Additional certifications in trauma-informed care (e.g., EMDR, CFTP) preferred.Minimum [13] years of clinical counseling experience (post-licensure preferred).Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, IFS, etc.).Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural humility in practice.Preferred SkillsExperience working with diverse populations (e.g., BIPOC, trauma survivors).Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Comfort with telehealth platforms.Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
