Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
  • Track your activities in Salesforce and Atlas CRM accurately.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated and competitive, willing to spend 75%+ of your time in the field.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

    Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $100,000 through residual income, monthly, and quarterly bonuses. Enjoy comprehensive benefits including full medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, and 401k.

    Long-Term Income : Earn monthly residuals and bonuses.

  • Your Responsibilities :

  • Sell the Genius® POS and software solutions across various sectors.
  • Facilitate local business growth with award-winning technology, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Build your sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and networking efforts.
  • Collaborate with a District Manager to identify opportunities and close swift deals. Maintain accurate pipeline activity using Atlas and Salesforce. Consult with business owners to enhance operations, boost customer loyalty, and streamline payment processes using the Genius® platform.

  • Demonstrated success in B2B field sales, particularly in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services.
  • Strong communicators and presenters, comfortable engaging in-person and virtually.
  • Self-driven, competitive individuals focused on exceeding targets.
  • Able to dedicate 75%+ of your time to in-field activities.
  • Importance of this Role :

    As an Outside Sales Executive, you will represent Global Payments within your territory, guiding businesses in adopting modern POS and payment solutions through the Genius® platform. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing while benefiting from coaching and support from a seasoned District Manager.
