Responsibilities
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our location’s operations. Your key duties will include :
Operational Leadership
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.Patron Experience
Monitor and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction levels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly to ensure loyalty.Financial Management
Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial goals, including cost control and revenue growth.
Track and analyze key financial metrics such as labor costs, food costs, and sales performance.Problem Solving & Innovation
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to drive success.
Adapt to changing business needs and optimize processes for efficiency.Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should bring the following experience and skills :
2+ years proven leadership experience, preferably in the quick-service or restaurant industry.Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and quality control.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.A customer-first mindset with a constant focus on improving the guest experience.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and opportunities effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with basic financial statements and budgeting is strongly preferred.Company Description
