Temporary contract for maternity leave replacement, full time, home-based near Florence, Italy. The Project Manager owns and manages client relationships and manages accommodation, travel and transfers arrangements as per client request (mainly pharma industry and medical doctors).

The candidate will be responsible for :

• Hotel contracting;
• Air and rail ticketing, individual and group;
• Individual and group hotel stays;
• Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside;
• Individual and group transfers;
• Final accounting and reporting.
