Inventory Analyst (Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and providing insights that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

You'll Make a Difference By

• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on inventory levels, variances, and trends across the network.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records by reconciling system data.
• Using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, charts, and ideally Power Query / Power Pivot) to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Developing and maintaining inventory tracking and reporting tools to support Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Identifying root causes of discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
• Partnering with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure stock accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Preparing weekly / monthly dashboards and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory control and reporting processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
