Accounts Receivable Management Lead

A company is looking for an AR Management Lead to oversee daily operational activities in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations and manage first-level escalations

Prioritize and adjust workflows to meet established goals and KPIs

Conduct audits and assist in the training and development of team members

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment or claims processing

5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with supervisory experience

Experience with large healthcare billing systems and managing teams of 10+ members

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables
