A company is looking for a Customer Support Incident Responder.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor alerts and triage reports to identify and confirm incidents
Lead customer support response during high-severity incidents and ensure effective communication
Document customer impact and analyze incidents for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a Customer Support or similar customer-facing role
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zendesk
Calm under pressure with a focus on customer experience
Collaborative partner with a data-informed approach to process improvement
SQL experience is a plus
