About the Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and proactive teammate to join our team as a Client Success Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting one of our largest clients by providing responsive communication, consistent follow-through, and a smooth, high-quality experience across their many events.
You’ll serve as a main point of contact — ensuring requests are handled promptly, information flows clearly between teams, and every interaction reflects care and professionalism. You’ll also stay informed about the client’s event schedule to anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to help things run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the client’s day-to-day contact, providing timely and professional communication.
- Deliver attentive, high-quality service that builds trust and confidence.
- Coordinate custom requests with internal creative and production teams.
- Stay ahead of the client’s event calendar to anticipate needs and offer proactive support.
- Represent both the client and Loudr with consistency, empathy, and attention to detail.
