Role Snapshot
This is a patient-facing, flow-driving Medical Assistant role. You’ll coordinate front-to-back clinic operations, support providers, perform IM / SQ injections and venipuncture , educate patients on our membership model , and keep visits smooth, timely, and reassuring.
What You’ll Lead
Clinic Flow & Patient Experience : Room patients, take vitals, prepare treatment spaces, and keep schedules on time; set a calm, confident tone.
Patient Education : Explain membership benefits, processes, and next steps; reinforce care plans and home instructions with clarity.
Clinical Support (per provider orders & clinic protocols) :
IM / SQ injections (e.g., vitamins, meds)
Venipuncture / phlebotomy and specimen handling
Point-of-care tests, medication and supply prep, clean room turnover
Documentation & Follow-Through : Update EMR accurately, queue orders, manage task lists, and close loops—no drop-offs.
Communication Hub : Professional phone, text, and in-person communication; coordinate follow-ups and series appointments.
Safety & Compliance : HIPAA, infection control, sharps safety, and checklists; maintain spotless rooms and equipment readiness.
Operational Rhythm : Opening / closing routines, inventory cues, event support, review invitations, and brand-forward presentation.

Qualifications (California)
Medical Assistant training / certificate required; MA certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA) preferred.
Proven competency with IM / SQ injections and venipuncture / phlebotomy in
