Assistant Super - Commercial Interiors - Bethesda, MD

The Assistant Super - Commercial Interiors - Bethesda, MD will :

Assist Superintendents with daily site operations and coordination
Support scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
Maintain Procore documentation and contribute to 3-week look-ahead schedules
Ensure safety compliance and site organization
Communicate effectively with project teams and clients

The Assistant Super - Commercial Interiors - Bethesda, MD will have :

Adaptable, well-spoken, and proactive with a can-do attitude

Passion for construction and hospitality environments

Experience in food & beverage projects is a plus

Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with quick turnarounds

Strong communication and organizational skills

The Assistant Super - Commercial Interiors - Bethesda, MD will receive :

Competitive salary

Annual bonus : 20-25% of base salary

Car allowance : $250-$300 / month
