Position Overview
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a dynamic executive leader responsible for accelerating organizational growth by driving patient acquisition, optimizing the revenue cycle, and supporting operational excellence. This role blends strategic growth initiatives, marketing, financial performance, and operational oversight to ensure that every aspect of the patient journey—from the first referral to the final reimbursement—supports the mission of delivering world‑class care with compassion and concierge comfort, transforming the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Lead and oversee the full revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, collections, denial management, and payer contracting.
Maximize revenue capture and reimbursement accuracy while ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
Implement technology‑driven RCM solutions that increase efficiency, reduce denials, improve cash flow, and shorten the revenue cycle.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance across billing, collections, accounts receivable, and overall financial health.
Build a culture of accountability around revenue cycle performance and compliance.
Growth Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute long‑term strategies to expand service lines, market presence, and patient volume.
Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, employers, insurers, referral sources, and community organizations.
Explore opportunities for geographic expansion, new practice acquisitions, and ancillary service offerings.
Align business development initiatives with the organization’s financial and operational capabilities.
Operations Support
Partner with operational leaders to ensure efficiency across clinics, surgical centers, and ancillary services.
Support staffing models, scheduling optimization, and workflow improvements that directly impact patient throughput and revenue cycle performance.
Assist with compliance initiatives, accreditation readiness, and operational policies that tie into financial sustainability.
Ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives at the operational level.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
Drive marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand visibility, reputation, and patient trust.
Oversee digital marketing, referral development, and outreach campaigns designed to increase patient acquisition and retention.
Develop patient education and referral programs to highlight the organization’s expertise and differentiate it in the market.
Analytics & Performance Management
Establish dashboards and reporting tools to monitor growth initiatives, marketing ROI, revenue cycle KPIs, and operational outcomes.
Use advanced analytics and EMR / CRM integrations to evaluate referral patterns, patient conversions, and payer mix trends.
Provide regular executive‑level reporting to guide strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA, MHA, or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, operations, and growth strategy.
Proven track record in optimizing RCM processes, improving collections, and enhancing payer relations.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, patient acquisition, and practice management.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence across departments.

Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Works closely with the COO, CFO, and CMO / Medical Director to align growth, financial health, and operational performance.
