Client Summary :

Position Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target the top 100 health systems in the country, focusing on health system executives
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, leveraging existing relationships and networks to gain access to key decision-makers.
- Attending major healthcare conferences and events to network, generate leads, and showcase their solutions.
- Work closely with the CEO, focusing on driving revenue growth and establishing a strong foundation for future sales success.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize the sales process.
- Drive product adoption by demonstrating the value proposition of the solutions and integration with their existing software systems (ERP, EHR, WMS, POU, EDI, CLM, RCM).
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and demos.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on growing annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent sales growth and revenue generation.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key executives at top 100 health systems to secure high-value contracts and partnerships.
Experience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in healthcare software sales, with experience selling to health system executives, CEOs, Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and CFOs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, inventory management, operations, and software systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-connected with a strong rolodex of contacts in the healthcare industry, particularly at top health systems.
- Energetic and proactive, with a passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
