Psychiatric / Mental Health (PMH)Registered Nurse – Night Shift\n\nPosition Overview\n\nWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Psychiatric / Mental Health (PMH)Registered Nurses to join our team. PMH RNs play a vital role in promotingmental wellness through prevention, education, and the comprehensive care ofindividuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. This rolerequires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability tocoordinate care across diverse settings.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
- Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use conditions.\n
- Promote mental well-being through education and preventive care.\n
- Deliver patient-centered care in inpatient and / or community settings.\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic treatment plans.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.\n
- Current AHA BLS certification (Red Cross not accepted).\n
- TB screening (PPD, chest x-ray, or questionnaire as applicable).\n
- Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation).\n
- Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.\n
- Must be at least 18 years of age.\n\nPreferred Experience\n
- Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an inpatient psych setting.\n\nShift Details\n
- Night Shift | 36 hours / week\n
- Block scheduling in 8-week increments (days of the week may vary).\n
- Overtime is not guaranteed.\n\nContract Length\n\n24 weeks\n\nStart Dates\n\nRolling start dates available – inquire for upcoming openings.\n\nTime Off Policy\n\nNo pre-approved time off (RTO). Candidates must commit to the full contractduration.
