Job descriptionBS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience with production equipment Hands-on ability with tools, instruments, and alignment devices Knowledge of process piping system design and P&IDs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple workstreams and leading technical personnel Understanding of process variables : flow, temperature, pressure, rate, and level Experience with machine builders and system integrators Familiarity with equipment documentation (drawings, specs, checklists) Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic actuator systems Experience in both domestic and international manufacturing environments Provide mechanical engineering support for installation, debug, and startup of equipment and automation systems Supervise and direct internal techs, maintenance staff, and contract trades during equipment installation and conversion Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and corporate standards Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues; perform hands-on repairs and adjustments Interface with system integrators and machine builders to deliver fully integrated equipment systems Modify and redline drawings, specs, and documentation for equipment installations Procure and manage materials and components for installation and modification projects Train technical staff and ensure compliance with installation procedures Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) 3+ years of manufacturing or mechanical systems experience Ability to work hands-on in equipment installation and troubleshooting Strong communication and leadership skills to guide technical teams Flexibility to manage changing priorities and multiple concurrent projects Familiarity with process piping, mechanical drives, and actuators
