Provide mechanical engineering support for installation, debug, and startup of equipment and automation systemsSupervise and direct internal techs, maintenance staff, and contract trades during equipment installation and conversionEnsure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and corporate standardsTroubleshoot mechanical and process issues; perform hands-on repairs and adjustmentsInterface with system integrators and machine builders to deliver fully integrated equipment systemsModify and redline drawings, specs, and documentation for equipment installationsProcure and manage materials and components for installation and modification projectsTrain technical staff and ensure compliance with installation proceduresRequirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)3+ years of manufacturing or mechanical systems experienceAbility to work hands-on in equipment installation and troubleshootingStrong communication and leadership skills to guide technical teamsFlexibility to manage changing priorities and multiple concurrent projectsFamiliarity with process piping, mechanical drives, and actuators
