Job Title : SQL Server Database Administrator

Location : Houston, Texas (On-site)

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize SQL Server and open-source database environments. Our team relies on this position to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across both on-premises and cloud systems.

Responsibilities :

• Manage databases across development, test, production, and disaster recovery environments, ensuring consistent operations and reliability.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain database instances following established standards and documentation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for maintenance, monitoring, and operational workflows using technologies such as T-SQL, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Support deployments in Azure and AWS environments, participating in DevOps pipelines and database automation initiatives.
