Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 4 years.

Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.

Required Skills / Experience :

Types of Patients on Unit : Any depending on unit assigned to.

Unit Details : Ratios -1 : 1, 1 : 2 for ICU, 1 : 3-4 for PCU or ED or 1 : 5-6 for lower acuity MedSurg.

Shift & Scheduling :

Floating Requirements : Units included in the float pool : ICU, ED Boarders (In-patients only), all MedSurg units, Observation unit.

Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
