Apartment Maintenance Technician – Contract-to-Hire

Location : May’s Landing, NJ

Pay & Schedule :

$22 / hr

Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete resident work orders promptly
• Perform vacant unit turns, including painting
• Handle trash removal and maintain clean common areas
• Repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues

Qualifications :

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to lift and work in various conditions
• Reliable and detail-oriented
