How you will create an impact

The Head of Digital Experience Capabilities at AIG leads a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality digital experience capabilities that solve complex business challenges. You will work in a dynamic, agile environment, collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams, and lead the evolution of our in-house digital framework delivering high value business outcomes. Your ability to blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs will help drive our products forward, ensuring we consistently deliver value and world-class solutions.

The Digital Experience team's governance and continuous improvement of the enterprise Angular component framework is essential of our digital transformation strategy, enabling us to deliver modern, consistent, and delightful experiences that challenge traditional perceptions of insurance technology. You'll have the opportunity to shape how a Fortune 500 insurance company builds digital products at scale.
