You will be joining the Institutional Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship - for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. What you will be responsible for

As Client Service Enablement -N. America Lead,

you will

Implement and create governance for globally consistent Client Service procedures and controls; serve as a resource when employees have questions

Manage demand for CS employee support (e.g., global archer remediations, adoption of new technology and business practices) for the portfolios

Reduce risk by partnering with Client Portfolios and Business Risk Management to root causes of repeated incidents and driving remediation

Support the integration of additional products and services into the new IS and Client Service Enablement operating model

Contribute to the successful achievement of Sales Enablement's OKRs

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years of experience of designing and implementing process improvements and operating models

Additional requirements

Travel up to 10% may be required

Salary Range :

$130,000 - $212,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
