Mid-shift Shipping Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-shift Shipping Associate to play a key role in our inventory management and shipping operations. The successful candidate will follow established procedures to issue parts for work-in-process orders, manage material usage, and ensure accurate shipping of products. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Follow strict procedures for issuing parts from inventory for work-in-process orders.
• Identify material shortages affecting production schedules and reconcile inventory.
• Recognize and sort various types of material receipts at the dock for proper delivery.
• Pick materials and handle material handling tasks efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners and ERP systems for order picking and inventory control.

Work Environment :

Work in a climate-controlled warehouse with a team-oriented atmosphere. Employees should be flexible and willing to assist in different departments as needed. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 11 AM to 7 : 30 PM.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, Texas.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
