Sales Representative – Nursing & Home Care Staffing

Location : Boynton Beach, FL

Compensation : Base salary starting at $70,000+ (based on experience) + Profit Sharing + Equity Potential

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home care providers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, visits, and networking events.

Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain an active pipeline of leads and meet or exceed sales goals.

Represent the agency with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management , ideally within home care, healthcare staffing, or nurse placement .

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Knowledge of the South Florida healthcare market is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
