Building Maintenance Technician Level 4

Provide corrective and preventative maintenance on all CMR exterior and interior structures and systems. Includes plumbing repair, alteration, remodel, and install with ABS, PEX, copper sweating, steel / iron fitting; work on natural gas lines; backflow preventer repair and certification; water treatment system repairs and testing; commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair; motors, controls, and pneumatics maintenance; electrical repairs up to 220v, breakers / transformers; door and window repair / install; maintenance of building trim, decks, siding, FRP, drop ceilings, countertops, and cabinetry; wall framing; locksmithing; advanced commercial appliance repair / maintenance; drywall, painting, surface prep, product selection, and texture matching; use of ladders and aerial lifts; tile and grout repair / install; floor refinishing; basic welding.
