About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires a balance of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, helping to resolve issues efficiently while upholding high standards of service and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Exercise sound judgment and discretion while interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using internal protocols and resources.
• Resolve customer issues by clarifying the concern, identifying the cause, and determining the best solution.
• Process customer account adjustments with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Maintain and update department spreadsheets with all incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor for resolution.
