As the Emerging Leader, you are part of Best People. You will be involved in an extensive training program for management, working towards fulfilling a future Contract Manager position. Utilizing our Best Systems, you will learn all leadership positions and duties within the company. You will be trained by our most qualified personnel and sponsored by a Regional Business Manager to diversify and expand your learning and development. You achieve the Best Results by engaging with others and being eager to learn.

Emerging Leader Skills Necessary for Success

Desire for management career in manufacturing. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent team builder and visionary leader. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.

Emerging Leader Education and Experience Needed for Success

Associate degree (bachelor's degree preferred) in a business curriculum. 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience. Must be willing to travel and ultimately relocate at the conclusion of the Emerging Leader program to assume a Contract Manager role.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs. Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment. Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine. Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment. Post-Employment Drug Testing All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
