Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Lean Agile Change Agent.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year.

What You'll Do

Job Summary

The Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) is responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of Lean and Agile practices across the organization. We are seeking an expert-level Lean Agile Change Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership on complex assignments and projects, translating business or functional vision into actionable plans and guiding their execution. This role involves contributing to the development of business or functional strategy and being accountable for results that impact the entire business or function.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement Lean Agile change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

Translate business or functional vision into detailed plans and guide their execution, including resource allocation strategy, quarterly planning and release management.

Lead and manage Lean Agile change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered with outstanding outcomes & customer satisfaction.

Maintain the Playbook and Standard Work documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Lean Agile change initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Lean Agile change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Build relationships effectively, provide strong influence to managers and employees to help them adapt to Lean Agile changes.

Communicate Lean Agile change initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.

Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

Expected Outcomes and Success Metrics

Successful Implementation of Lean Agile Change Initiatives : Ensure that all Lean Agile change initiatives are implemented successfully, meeting the defined objectives, timelines and outcomes.

High Employee Adoption and Usage : Achieve high levels of employee adoption and usage of new Lean Agile processes, systems, and tools introduced through change initiatives.

Minimal Resistance to Change : Minimize resistance to Lean Agile changes by effectively addressing concerns and providing necessary support to employees.

Alignment with Organizational Goals : Ensure that all Lean Agile change initiatives are aligned with the overall business or functional strategy and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Stakeholder Satisfaction : Maintain high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders by effectively communicating Lean Agile change initiatives and their impact, and addressing any concerns promptly.

Continuous Improvement : Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Lean Agile change management strategies, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Must Have's) :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum seven (7) year's experience of IT or change management
  • Minimum two (2) year's experience working in an Agile and / or Lean environment
  • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township PA : Beachwood OH : Galesburg MI : Raleigh NC : Houston TX : or Menomonee Falls WI
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Safe, Value Stream Mapping or Business Process Improvement
  • Experience Agile Coaching and / or Process Improvement
  • Certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Certification in Lean, Agile, or related disciplines (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and governance frameworks
