What you'll do : Coordinates projects and activities for the leasing / marketing staff by performing the following duties.

• Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
• Maintains and updates customer / prospect files and reporting within CRM.
• Provides administrative support to the Brokers.
• Produces regularly scheduled reports for the Brokers and ownership.
• Maintains and updates various databases and websites which include BuildOut, Yardi, Loopnet and CoStar.
• Coordinates the creation and production of sales and marketing materials, including direct mail, advertising, marketing signs, sales literature, flyers, presentations, video, photos, proposals, etc.
• Assists in the planning, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies and objectives.
• Assists in the planning and execution for broker open houses and events.
• Drive to R&R properties and various locations as assigned.

What it takes to join our team : Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
