Job Summary
The Senior Client Service Associate plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s investment teams by acting as a primary liaison between portfolio managers and institutional clients. This individual is responsible for ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of portfolio-related materials, and high-touch service to meet client needs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for investment teams and institutional clients regarding account‑related inquiries and servicing needs.
- Coordinate closely with portfolio managers, compliance, legal, and operations teams to respond to client requests and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Prepare and review quarterly client reports, presentations, and investment materials; ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and track client portfolio activity and performance reporting timelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of processes and portfolio management systems.
- Review and sign off on client reports, execution instructions, and investment documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Investment Team and other internal stakeholders to manage client relationships.
- Participate in client team planning meetings, providing insights from an operations perspective.
- Assess and recommend improvements to client service processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team and firm on process improvement initiatives.
- Support strategic and tactical client service system development projects.
- Lead staff team members, ensuring execution of portfolio actions, assisting with time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience, with a preference for investment operations experience.Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.A team player with a high degree of integrity and professionalism, ready to contribute to the firm's success.Seniority level
