Job Summary

Crowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our health care & litigation practice groups, working from its Los Angeles office. The work will include class actions, commercial disputes and arbitrations.

Responsibilities

  • Support health care and litigation practice groups with case work, including class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions.
  • Health care experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent academic credentials with highly developed writing and analytical skills.
  • Must be a member of the California Bar.

    Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $320,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant's skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
