Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner
Assist clients with policy information, billing questions, claims processes, and updates
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Work collaboratively with agents and team members to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions and follow-up when needed.
Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures, excellent and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
