District Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)Proven success in driving performance, building culture, and managing profitabilityStrong understanding of P&L statements and KPI accountabilityExcellent leadership, communication, and team development skillsMust Haves
Oversee 3–4 restaurant units with full operational accountabilityLead, coach, and support General Managers and store teamsExecute strategic goals to elevate service and salesFoster strong community engagement and brand presenceDistrict Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
