Make a difference in the lives of children with autism!No prior ABA experience? That's okay! We provide extensive training to help you succeed.Teach children through play while following individualized treatment plansObserve, engage, and collect data to document progress effectivelyAssist children in acquiring essential life skills such as motor coordination, social interaction, and emotional regulationWork collaboratively on behavioral goals that foster communication and reduce challenging behaviorsSkills and Qualities We Are Seeking :
This role is great for compassionate individuals who thrive in caregiving environments and have experience in early childhood education, childcare, mental health, or related fields.Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain one after hiringPrior experience working with children (e.g., as a camp counselor, nanny, teacher, or in ABA) is preferredEnergetic, playful, creative, and able to adapt quicklyReliable - a person clients and their families can depend onPhysical capability to get up and down from the floor and move swiftlyComfortable using technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)Desire to learn, work independently, and deliver exceptional care to clientsInterest in working with scientifically proven, evidence-based methodsWho We Are :
