No prior ABA experience? That's okay! We provide extensive training to help you succeed. Teach children through play while following individualized treatment plans Observe, engage, and collect data to document progress effectively Assist children in acquiring essential life skills such as motor coordination, social interaction, and emotional regulation Work collaboratively on behavioral goals that foster communication and reduce challenging behaviors This role is great for compassionate individuals who thrive in caregiving environments and have experience in early childhood education, childcare, mental health, or related fields. Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain one after hiring Prior experience working with children (e.g., as a camp counselor, nanny, teacher, or in ABA) is preferred Energetic, playful, creative, and able to adapt quickly Reliable - a person clients and their families can depend on Physical capability to get up and down from the floor and move swiftly Comfortable using technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Desire to learn, work independently, and deliver exceptional care to clients Interest in working with scientifically proven, evidence-based methods At ABS Kids, we find purpose in the WOW moments that shape our mission. Benefits and Compensation :
- $20.00 - $24.50 / hour
- Earn an additional $2.00 / hour for weekends and holidays
- Salary increase upon obtaining RBT certification
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
